SoloTrvlr is a social travel platform designed to help solo travellers connect safely, create activities, join meetups, plan future trips, and build genuine friendships around the world.
SoloTrvlr is not a dating app. Any use of the platform primarily for dating, solicitation, exploitation, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour may result in account suspension or removal.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between you and SoloTrvlr (“SoloTrvlr”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our app, website, or services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Safety Tips.

You may only use SoloTrvlr if:

Account Responsibility
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details secure.
You agree:
• Not to impersonate another person
• Not to create fake accounts
• Not to share your account with others
• Not to use the Services for illegal or harmful purposes
• Not to harass, threaten, bully, stalk, scam, or exploit others
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
Safety and Personal Responsibility
SoloTrvlr includes safety-focused features designed to help users feel more comfortable meeting others while travelling. These may include profile verification, reporting tools, moderation systems, location settings, safety reminders, and optional safety features.
However, you understand and agree that:
• SoloTrvlr cannot guarantee the behaviour, identity, intentions, or honesty of any user
• You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users
• Meeting someone through the app is entirely at your own risk, we have thoughtfully added many safety features with you in mind, please use them.
• You should always use common sense and take appropriate precautions
We strongly encourage users to:
• Meet in public places
• Inform friends or family of plans
• Arrange personal transport
• Avoid sharing sensitive financial or personal information
• Leave situations that feel unsafe
SoloTrvlr does not conduct full criminal background checks on all users, there is a paid third party option to verify the user is who they say they are and a blue check will appear next to their account name, which visible to all users.
User Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload, including photos, messages, profile details, trip plans, comments, and activity posts (“Your Content”).
By uploading content, you grant SoloTrvlr a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, adapt, and use that content for operating, improving, promoting, and protecting the Services.
You must only upload content that:
• Belongs to you or that you have permission to use
• Does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Does not contain harmful, abusive, pornographic, discriminatory, violent, or illegal material
We may remove content or accounts that violate these rules.
Prohibited Behaviour
You may not use SoloTrvlr to:
• Harass or intimidate others
• Promote hate speech or violence
• Share sexually explicit content
• Scam or financially exploit users
• Advertise unrelated products or services
• Collect personal data without consent
• Send spam or malicious software
• Use bots, scraping tools, or automated systems
• Reverse engineer or copy the platform
• Use the app primarily for dating or escort services
Any serious violation may result in immediate account removal without refund.
Moderation and Reporting
We use a mixture of automated systems and human moderation to help keep SoloTrvlr safe.
Content, photos, profiles, and messages may be reviewed if:

Location Features

You understand:
• Approximate location sharing may reveal your general area
• You can disable certain location features in your device or app settings

Paid Subscriptions and Purchases
SoloTrvlr may offer premium memberships, subscriptions, or paid features.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
Unless required by law:
• Purchases are non-refundable
• Partial subscription periods are not refunded
• Removing your app does not cancel your subscription
If your account is banned for violating these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Intellectual Property
All SoloTrvlr branding, software, logos, designs, graphics, and platform content belong to SoloTrvlr or its licensors.
You may not:
• Copy or reproduce the platform
• Reverse engineer the software
• Use our branding without permission
• Create competing services using our content or systems.

We are not responsible for third-party platforms, services, or outages.

• Your behaviour toward other users

You may delete your account at any time.
